Tornadoes in Illinois: At least 4 suspected tornadoes touched down spawned by ‘supercell,' NWS says

At least four suspected tornadoes, spawned by a supercell, touched down in Illinois and Indiana, causing extensive damage. Homes and buildings were destroyed, power lines severed, and trees tangled in debris. Two people died in Lake Village, Indiana. The National Weather Service will survey sites, while photos show crumbled structures from Pontiac to northwest Indiana.
