Thai Cargo Ship Hit Near Strait of Hormuz, 20 Crewmen Rescued

A Thai-flagged cargo vessel, the Mayuree Naree, was struck in the Strait of Hormuz shortly after leaving the UAE. The Royal Thai Navy reports three crew missing. Oman’s navy rescued 20 crew members who abandoned ship in a lifeboat and brought them ashore in Khasab.
