A drone strike has hit a Sudan school and medical center, killing 17, mostly schoolgirls, a hospital official says

An explosive‑laden drone, attributed to Sudanese paramilitaries, struck a secondary school and a health care center in southern Sudan, killing 17 people, most of whom were schoolgirls, along with a hospital official and a medical group member. The attack also injured at least ten others.
