3 Prosecutors Are Running U.S. Attorney’s Office Unlawfully, Judge Rules

A federal judge ruled that three attorneys have been unlawfully running the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Jersey, following the departure of Alina Habba. The judge criticized the Trump administration for attempting to bypass congressional approval by appointing a trio of officials to split the top federal prosecutor role.
